Dunn's River Falls (Jamaica)
The Dunn’s River Falls is a 600-foot waterfall located in Jamaica. These falls are truly a magnificent and breathtaking sight and for obvious reasons are one of the most popular Caribbean tourist destinations. The frigid, crystalline waters of the Dunn’s River cascade over a series of stone steps that lead to the warmer Caribbean waters below. Visitors, tourists and locals alike climb the slippery stone steps to enjoy the falls. Because the falls are so slippery climbers frequently will create a human chain to help them make the climb to the top. Once at the top climbers are greeted with a colorful marketplace.
